The Fawkham Family Wraparound Club

Breakfast Club operates between the hours of 7:30am and 8:45am as well as providing children with breakfast. The children enjoy playing in the hall after having breakfast. Activities include soft ball games, board games, colouring and craft activities.

From week commencing 21st September, our afterschool care facility will be opening between the hours of 3:05pm and 6:00pm. This is in addition to the usual enrichment clubs we have on offer.

Sessions
There are three sessions you can choose from as follows:

  • 3:05 - 3:30pm £4.00 per session
  • 3:05-4:30pm £8.00 per session
  • 4:00-6:00pm £15.50 per session (for those days your child is attending a club before joining wraparound club)
  • 3:05-6:00pm £17.50 per session

At Fawkham Family Club, children have plenty of opportunities to have fun, relax and enjoy time with their friends through a range of creative activities, games, outdoor play, sports, construction and child-led activities.

A light meal will be provided to any child attending beyond 4:30pm and is included in the price.

How to book
Bookings can be made via ParentMail. 

Log in to ParentMail and go to Accounts and Products then select Breakfast or After School Club. Select all days that you wish to book then click the arrow to continue through to the Complete Booking page. Select Choose Options and choose which session you want to book for each day (the date is at the top of your screen), click next to move between each day. Once all sessions have been selected choose Add to Cart. Then follow the checkout instructions as normal.

Please note that bookings/payments are required in advance and should be made no later than midnight the day before. You will be able to book up to 8 weeks in advance. If you have an emergency on the day and need to book afterschool care, please contact the office to see if there is space.

 

Paying for Fawkham Wraparound Care Using Tax-Free Childcare

Did you know you can use Tax-Free Childcare to help pay for your child's breakfast and after-school wraparound care?

How does it work?

  1. Set up your Tax-Free Childcare account

Visit GOV.UK and apply for a Tax-Free Childcare account: Apply for Tax-Free Childcare

  1. Add money to your account

For every £8 you pay in, the Government adds £2.

For example, if you need £100 to pay for wraparound care, you would pay £80 into your childcare account and the Government would add £20.

  1. Search for Fawkham Family Wraparound Club

Once your account is set up, search for our registered childcare provider within your Tax-Free Childcare account.

  1. Make your payment

Select Fawkham Church of England Voluntary Controlled Primary School and enter the amount you need to pay. The payment will then be transferred to us from your childcare account.

Remember

You need to reconfirm your Tax-Free Childcare eligibility every 3 months to continue receiving the Government contribution.
